Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened Products: Products that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Delivered Packages Without Evidence: If you claim the package did not arrive as described but cannot provide clear evidence (photos, unboxing video, or shipping carrier documentation), we cannot process a refund.
